    Send it to us, drop it off in Milton Keynes by appointment, or let us generate a Royal Mail label for you. Pack it to our guide and mark it FRAGILE.

    The moment your card arrives, we photograph it and its packaging before any tools touch it. You get a clear record of the condition it reached us in.

  4. Diagnose

    We find the real fault at board level, not guesswork, and show you exactly what we found with photo proof.

  5. Approve

    You see the diagnosis and the price before any chargeable work. Nothing proceeds until you say yes.

  6. Repair

    Component-level repair. Precision work on the board itself, the kind most shops send away.

  7. Test

    Stress tested under full load. Every successful repair ships with a repair certificate you can verify.

  8. Return

    You pay only after a successful repair, before it ships back. Free return shipping by Tracked 48, with the option to upgrade the service. If we cannot fix it, you pay nothing for our work.
